A short value proposition should exhibit your value and strengths as an agent. This statement will be reused in your marketing materials again and again. Ask yourself what makes you unique. What do you bring to the table that other agents don’t? Is it your experience? Your personality? Your knowledge of the area? Marketing always works best when its messaging is focused on a specific segment of your overall market. Ideally, there will be something about your target customer that ties into your value proposition. Why does this particular group of customers need your services? Will you blog often? Will, you use Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, or another social media option? Select the marketing channels that make the most sense based on your personality and other skillsets. Start a blog. It will increase the traffic to your website from search engines like Google, and social media channels.
